On August 22nd, the sun enters the sign of Virgo, bringing a more practical and analytical energy. This period is perfect for activating your power of observation, analyzing how things work to improve your routine, and seeking self-improvement. Use this energy to organize your life and pursue a better quality of life. The sun will continue to illuminate the sign of Virgo until September 22nd.

Virgo rules the 6th House of the Natal Chart and is known for its attention to detail, dedication, and meticulousness. Always in search of efficiency, this is an energy of great productivity, driven by the need to be useful.

So, how can we make the most of this season? Here are some therapeutic suggestions to tune into the Virgo energy:

  1. Connect with the Earth Element: Allow yourself to get a little dirty and take walks outdoors, preferably barefoot. This helps stabilize and balance your energy.

  2. Slow Down Your Mind: Meditation techniques can be extremely useful for slowing down the mercurial mind, as Virgo is ruled by Mercury. Find moments of silence and introspection to help calm your thoughts.

  3. Learn to Relax: Be in control of your routine, rather than being controlled by it. Evaluate whether your routine is bringing you pleasure and satisfaction. Structure your tasks to include moments of rest and leisure.

  4. Use the Power of Words: Transform phrases like "I have to..." into "I choose to..., because...". This changes your perspective and reinforces the idea that many of your "obligations" are actually choices. Perform your daily tasks with creativity and pleasure.

Meditation to Attune to Virgo Energy

Find a comfortable position. Close your eyes, relax the muscles of your face, and observe your breath, inhaling and exhaling deeply through your nose.

Bring your attention to your Solar Plexus (stomach area) and visualize a point of yellow light being emitted by your Manipura Chakra. This energy center is related to the digestion of food, thoughts, and emotions. It also represents the hunger to be yourself and the connection between matter and spirit. Connect with this energy center and take five deep breaths.

Next, visualize this light rising to the center of your throat, to the fifth chakra, the Vishuddha Chakra, which is blue. This energy center is related to expression and communication, transmitting our inner content to the external world. Connect with this energy center and take five more deep breaths.

Finally, visualize your body completely illuminated. Open your eyes and feel good!

"I observe, I organize, I perfect!"

Namaste.

May this journey of self-knowledge and expansion inspire your best version.
