On October 22, 2024, the Sun enters the sign of Scorpio, where it will remain until November 21. This season brings deep emotions to the surface and invites us to explore the intensity of our experiences. Scorpio teaches us about detachment, transformation, and renewal, making it a great time to face unresolved feelings and open up to new beginnings.
How can we make the most of this Scorpionic energy? Here are some therapeutic suggestions to tune into Scorpios' intensity:
1. Connect with the Water Element:
Scorpio is a Water sign, connected to the emotional world and the depths of the soul. Immersion baths, walks near rivers, lakes, or beaches, and even practicing water visualization techniques help cultivate introspection and reflection. Allow yourself moments to pause and look within with sincerity.
2. Release Excessive Control:
Scorpio often tries to control how events unfold, but learning to let go of control and accept life's fluidity is liberating. Connecting with this sign's energy means learning about the impermanence of things, accepting transience, and embracing the power of transformation. Trust in the wisdom of changes and allow yourself to flow.
3. Review Your Personal History:
Look back at your joys and sorrows, honoring the experiences that have shaped who you are. Scorpio invites us to look deeply at our emotions, recognizing the value of each challenge. Affirm to yourself: "My heart is at peace because I accept that everything passes and I allow myself to flow with life."
4. Let Go of What No Longer Serves You:
Scorpio is a sign of constant evolution and rebirth. Free yourself from what no longer resonates with your essence to make space for what is essential to your journey. Affirm: "I am always myself, with the certainty that I will not be the same forever."
Meditation to Attune to Scorpio Energy
Find a comfortable position. Close your eyes, relax your facial muscles, and observe your breath, inhaling and exhaling deeply through your nose. Bring your attention to your second chakra, located at the sacrum, and visualize a point of orange light radiating from this region. This energy center is related to pleasure, passions, and our sexuality, as well as storing intense emotional memories.
Connect with this chakra, setting your intentions for detachment and healing, and allow yourself to feel the release of old emotions and energies that no longer serve your journey. With each breath, imagine this orange light shining more intensely, dissolving any emotional blockages.
At the end, visualize your body energized and renewed. Open your eyes and feel good!
Namaste!
May this journey of self-knowledge and expansion inspire your best version.
