Flowing with Intuition and Universal Love: Therapeutic Suggestions for Pisces

The Sun enters the sign of Pisces on February 18th and remains until March 20th, marking the end of the astrological year and preparing the ground for a new cycle. As the last sign of the zodiac, Pisces carries the wisdom of all previous experiences, leading us into a period of reflection, integration, and surrender.
Deeply connected with intuition and universal love, Pisces' energy makes our souls more sensitive, opening up the possibility of capturing the energies around us and seeing the world with compassion. How can we attune ourselves to the fluid and inspiring energy of Pisces? Here are some therapeutic suggestions to navigate this ocean of sensitivity with ease::
1. Reconnect with the Water Element
Water is the Pisces' element and holds a deep power of purification and renewal. Whenever possible, immerse yourself in the sea, bathe in rivers or waterfalls, or take a relaxing bath at home with coarse salt and herbs. Allow the water to wash away tensions and renew your energy.
2. Transform Suffering into Compassion
Piscean energy is compassionate and expansive, but when unbalanced, it can generate a feeling of fragility and emotional overload. To cultivate a strong and welcoming heart, try the practice of Tonglen, a Buddhist meditation for the transmutation of suffering.
Breathe in the pain and discomfort of the world.
Breathe out relief, light, and love.
Feel your heart expanding and vibrating at the frequency of compassion.
This practice strengthens the heart chakra and teaches us to transform pain into healing, both for ourselves and for others.
3. Express Your Soul
Pisces governs spirituality and connection with the divine. Find your way to connect with the sacred: through prayer, art, music, writing, connecting with nature, and perceiving synchronicities. Allow your intuition to guide your steps and trust your inner wisdom.
4. Take Care of Your Feet – The Foundation of Your Body
The feet are the part of the body ruled by Pisces and are directly connected to all organs and systems of the body. Take a moment to massage them with lavender essential oil, bringing relaxation and well-being. Another option is a foot bath with coarse salt and calming herbs, helping to release accumulated energies.
Meditation to Attune to Pisces Energy
Find a quiet place and a comfortable position. Close your eyes, relax your facial muscles, and focus on your breath, inhaling and exhaling deeply.
Bring your attention to the Anahata Chakra, in the center of your chest. Visualize a pink light radiating from this point, expanding unconditional love within you. Breathe deeply eight times and feel this energy vibrating in your being.
Now, direct your attention to the Ajna Chakra, between your eyebrows. Visualize a white light shining at this point, opening the way for your intuition. Breathe deeply eight times, connecting to your inner wisdom.
Finally, bring your awareness to the Sahasrara Chakra, at the crown of your head. Visualize a white light emerging from this center and spreading throughout the universe, connecting you to everything and everyone. Take eight more deep breaths and feel this totality, this fusion with the divine.
Upon finishing, mentally repeat three times: "I feel, I dream, I unify."
Feel full, connected, and in harmony. Slowly open your eyes and return to your day with a new perception. Namaste.
