Exploring New Adventures: Therapeutic Suggestions for Aries

On March 20, the Sun will enter the vibrant sign of Aries and journey through this energy until April 19, 2024, when it enters the sign of Taurus.


Every planet has a function in our lives, and the Sun's function is to illuminate. It brings light and awareness to everything its rays touch. It is the organizing center of consciousness, the lens through which we see the world. The Sun's entry into a new sign is a change in our perspective.


Throughout this season, we are invited to direct this light and awareness toward aspects such as autonomy, self-confidence, courage, actions to be taken, and the need for new challenges and adventures. It's time to recognize our personal will, take the reins of our destiny, and choose the paths we wish to lead.


The energy of Aries invites us to explore our independence, initiative, and bravery. But how can we make the most of this season? Here are a few therapeutic suggestions:


Therapeutic Suggestions


  1. Connect with the Fire Element: Aries is a Fire Element sign, which means outdoor activities, sunbathing, and physical exercises can be revitalizing and energizing.

  2. Explore New Adventures: This is the perfect time to step out of your comfort zone and embark on new experiences that challenge and stimulate your adventurous spirit. When was the last time you did something for the first time?

  3. Take the First Step: Don't wait for opportunities—create them! Use this energy to start projects that align with your desires and ambitions.

  4. Face Challenges: Confront adversity with determination and courage. Remember that every obstacle is an opportunity for personal growth.

  5. Manage Anger: As a sign ruled by Mars, Aries' energy can manifest through anger. Learn to channel this energy constructively by finding creative ways to express your emotions.


Meditation to Attune to Aries Energy


Find a very comfortable position. You can be lying down, sitting in a chair, or on the floor cross-legged, or even standing. The important thing is to keep your spine aligned and feel comfortable. Close your eyes, relax the muscles of your face, and begin to observe your breathing.


Try to breathe deeply and completely through your nose (inhaling and exhaling through the nose). Now, bring your attention to your Solar Plexus region, which is about three fingers above your navel.


As you inhale, visualize a point of yellow light being emitted from your chakra, and as you exhale, try to relax and release your tensions. The light in this chakra will become increasingly potent. As a suggestion, you can do this for 12 breaths.

At the end, mentally repeat the mantra:

"I am, I create, I act."


Open your eyes and feel great. Namaste!


Today, I wanted to share a bit of the power of the sign of Aries so you can bring light and awareness to this energy throughout the Sun's journey in this sign, and also put it into practice through these therapeutic suggestions.


All of us have the energy of Aries somewhere in our Natal Chart. So, even if you're not an Aries, you can use this time to connect with this energy and explore its potential!
