Awakening the Senses: Therapeutic Suggestions for Taurus

On April 19, the Sun will enter the nurturing sign of Taurus, remaining in this energy until May 20, 2024.
This period marks a shift in the way we perceive the world, as the Sun, as a source of light and consciousness, illuminates the areas it touches, bringing clarity and direction.
During this season, we're invited to direct this light and consciousness toward productivity, stability, and the sensory pleasures that nourish our soul. It's a time to recognize and value our own talents, choosing paths that strengthen our self-esteem and well-being.
The energy of Taurus invites us to connect with security, fertility, and the five senses. But how can we make the most of this season? Here are some therapeutic suggestions:
Connect with the Earth: Taurus is an Earth sign, so remember to ground yourself whenever possible. Getting closer to nature is essential for your physical and emotional health.
Respect Your Time: Value every moment and experience. Allow yourself to enjoy meetings and activities calmly and pleasantly, respecting your natural rhythm.
Explore the Senses: In addition to sight, try to nourish your other senses. Enjoy a delicious meal, listen to relaxing music, appreciate pleasant aromas, caress your skin with moisturizers, and enjoy soft textures.
Practice Letting Go: Working with the balance of light and shadow, it's important to do a regular "cleanup" in your life, letting go of what no longer serves you.
Meditation to Attune to Taurus Energy
Find a comfortable position. Close your eyes, relax your facial muscles, and begin to observe your breathing. Try to take deep and complete breaths through your nose.
Bring your attention to your pelvic area and visualize a point of orange light being emitted by your sacral chakra (Swadisthana). Then, bring your attention to your throat and visualize a point of blue light being emitted by your throat chakra (Vishuddha). As a suggestion, you can do 12 breaths.
At the end, mentally repeat the mantra:
"I produce, I maintain, I sustain."
Open your eyes and feel well.

Today, I wanted to bring you some of the power of the sign of Taurus so that you can bring light and consciousness to this energy throughout the Sun's journey through this sign, and also put it into practice through the therapeutic suggestions.
We all have Taurus energy somewhere in our birth chart. So, even if you are not a Taurus, you can take this opportunity to connect with this energy and explore its potential!
