Awakening Curiosity: Therapeutic Suggestions for Gemini

From May 20th to June 20th, 2024, the Sun will be transiting the vibrant sign of Gemini. This cycle brings a shift in how we perceive the world, with sunlight illuminating new topics, bringing clarity and direction to new subjects.
During this season, we are invited to explore curiosity, social connections, and make space for movement, which are key characteristics of Gemini. It's a time to learn, make discoveries, exchange, and communicate in a fluid way. But how can we make the most of this energy? Here are some therapeutic suggestions:
Breathe Deeply: Breathing is vital for our health and well-being. Practice breathing exercises, Yoga, and mental relaxation techniques to maintain your vitality.
Move Your Body: Gemini is a Mutable Air sign, indicating a need for movement and change. Even a simple walk around the block can improve your mood and clear your mind.
Intellectual Activities: Invest in intellectual activities that stimulate your mind and individuality. Reading, studying, or participating in debates are great options to connect with your essence.
Have Clear Goals: Focus your energy on specific goals and objectives, even if they may change over time. Keep a notebook to jot down your ideas and review your progress.
Meditation to Attune to Gemini Energy
Find a comfortable position. Close your eyes, relax your facial muscles, and observe your breath. Take deep, full nasal breaths.
Bring your attention to the center of your chest and visualize a point of green light being emitted from your heart chakra, Anahata Chakra.
Breathe deeply and feel the air entering and leaving your lungs. Observe the movement of your chest expanding on the inhale and relaxing on the exhale. As a suggestion, you can do this 10 times.
Then, bring your attention to the throat area and visualize a point of blue light being emitted from your throat chakra, Vishuddha Chakra. This is the center of communication, of the expression of who we are. As a suggestion, you can do this 10 times.
After that, you can continue observing your thoughts, staying in the place of an observer of the mental field.
At the end, mentally repeat the mantra:
"I perceive, I connect, I express.”

Today I wanted to bring a little of the power of the sign of Gemini here so that you can bring light and consciousness to this energy along the Sun's trajectory in this sign, in addition to putting this into practice through the therapeutic suggestions.
All of us have the energy of Gemini somewhere in our Birth Chart. So, even if you are not a Gemini, you can take advantage of this moment to connect with this energy and explore its potential!
